What is your return policy? 

We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please email us at contact@shop-giftable.com. 

What happens if my package or items inside my packaged are damaged upon arrival? 

    Although we take the best precautions to package all of the goodies inside our boxes securely, occasionally damage does occur during the shipping process. Please email us at contact@shop-giftable.com within 5 days of receipt of the package and we will be happy to assist you. 

    What is the size of your gift packages? 

    Our standard gift packages measure 8 x 8 x 3, and our mini gift packages measure 6 x 6 x 3. 

    Do your packages have any packing slips, prices or receipts included?

    We understand that our gift boxes are usually surprises, so we never include any packing slips, pricing information or receipts inside those. 

    For other, stand alone products, we will include a packing slip with pricing information included. If you wish to not have a packing slip included, please email us with your order number at contact@shop-giftable.com after placing your order.

    Shipping

    How will my package arrive?

      Our gift boxes arrive directly in the box they're packaged in. All other products will be wrapped, packaged and shipped in either a shipping box or envelope. 

      Is shipping included?

        Shipping is not included with the price of the package. 

          What type of shipping do you offer?

          All packages are shipped from Chicago via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express and typically will arrive within 2-5 business days. 

            Where can I ship your packages?

            We ship throughout the U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska.

              Can I ship packages to different addresses

              Of course, and we highly encourage it! ;) You'll need to place a separate order for each address that you would like to ship to. 

              How soon will my package be sent?

                Unless otherwise stated, packages will be sent out within two days of your date of purchase. Please be aware that orders placed after 3 p.m. CST or on a Sunday may not be processed until the next business day.

                Occasionally, lead times may be longer than two days from date of purchase. If shipping lead time is longer than two days, there will be an announcement banner at the top of our website that provides an update on the current shipping lead time.
